SAFETY IN OUR STORES
We will always do our best to have our customers’ & our employees’ safety as our first priority so this is what we’re doing to keep our stores safe.
All we ask is that you do the same when you visit a JAM store
- Doing daily temperature checks and staying home if we present with flu like symptoms
- Sanitising our hands using 70% alchohol sanitiser provided in store
- Wearing face masks in line with government regulations
- Maintaining a distance of at least 1.5m between ourselves and others
Please do the same to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of others.
Please note, the number of customers allowed into a store at one time may be restricted at times to assist in social distancing.

ARE ALL JAM STORES OPEN?

WHAT CAN I PURCHASE DURING LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN?
During Level 4 lockdown regulations, you can purchase ladies, mens and kids winter essentials. This page will be updated as regulations change and more clarity is provided to us by the government.
WHAT ABOUT MY LAY-BYE?
You can collect and continue to make lay-by payments in store – only for essential items as regulated by the government.
The payment period for all active lay-byes from December and January will be extended to the end of May 2020
CAN I MAKE USE OF THE FITTING ROOM?
For your safety and ours – the following services have been temporarily suspended
WILL I BE ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Store Purchases: Yes – We’re pleased to let you know that going forward, we will be doing returns in all our stores.
Please note, our standard Returns Policy applies, and a till slip must be presented with the return.
Safe returns policies have been put in place for your safety.
All returns will be housed separately for a set period of 72 hours before being returned to the floor.
